Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item has shipped from our warehouse to file for a return. You can do so through our website.
Returns will only be accepted if your clothing item is in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
There is a shipping & handling fee of $11 for all returns. This will be deducted from your refund.
We now offer an instant exchange option to guarantee the availability of your desired item or size. When you choose this option, your exchange item will be shipped right away.
Please note: You will need to return your original item within 20 days of the exchange date. If it is not shipped within this window, you will be automatically charged for the item you received in exchange.
Accessories, home goods, and intimates are all final sale (hats, boxers, make-up pouches, bedding, glasses, etc.)
Exchanges

Store Credit
Customers have up to 30 days after their order has shipped to request a return for store credit. There is a shipping & handling fee of $11 for all store credit returns. This will be deducted from your store credit.
Event Registrations
All event registrations are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued for event tickets or registrations. If you are unable to attend an event, please contact us at onze@onzeclubla.com and we will do our best to accommodate you for a future event.
International Returns
International orders will have the opportunity to be returned, however, any shipping or duties/taxes from this return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process
All returns are processed through Loop. After filing for a return through Loop's portal on our website, you will be sent a shipping label to send back your items. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in the same condition and packaging they were received in.

Your refund will be processed once it is delivered to and reviewed at our warehouse. Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 days of receiving your item) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Return fees will be covered by the buyer. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Returns requested within the 30-day return window will be credited to your original payment method once your return has been examined and reviewed by our fulfillment team. Certain banks and credit card companies take longer for refunds to be processed. Please wait 10 business days after your return has been shipped to contact us at onze@onzeclubla.com for any updates on your refund status.
